A group of friends and I went out last night — there was spicy caramel popcorn. Oh, and a few drinks.

This morning, I made a full pot of coffee.

I’ve got a long day ahead of me.

How’s the chemex? Molly doesn’t drink coffee, so I usually do a single-serving french press, but thinking of changing stuff up. Just cuz.

Hi Rich – I like the Chemex. It’s elegant and great when you have a few people over (or need a lot of coffee for yourself), but it’s a little annoying to clean. When I’m making coffee just for me, I use a single cup drip. You have to grind your beans a little bit finer than for a french press since the coffee isn’t in contact with the water for as long. Hope this helps.
