Oh, yes, the oily, toasty bits on the bottom are the very best part.

- Lori Lynn – Thanks for visiting again. And, I don’t plan to get rid of the real sentimental stuff. However, I do have a fair amount of crap in my place. Throwing away a sentimental item is my friend’s way of encouraging me to edit without holding on to EVERYTHING!
- Chef Shaya — Nice to see you. The addition of another color would be nice — I like the idea of a cherry tomato confit. And yes, the smell of the dish was absolutely heavenly. Min Hashamayim.

What a beautiful dish! I’ve seen something like this, but with the addition of halved cherry tomato confit….the play on colors and flavors looked and smelled heavenly! I’m sure yours is too!

Sounds delicious. Love the pairing of yellow beans with hazelnuts.

Oh gee, doesn’t sound like any good reason to get rid of sentimental items. The hat pins and photos are priceless.
